Transcript Requests

25-26 Final Transcript Request

Sending a final transcript to the college/university you are attending is a REQUIRED step in your college admission process. Although final transcripts will be sent electronically via SchooLinks, we encourage every senior to order an additional hard copy to keep unopened at home, should an opportunity or problem occur.

Please read all the instructions below to request a final transcript.

1. Access your SchooLinks account via the GCPS student portal…additional resources. If you have never logged into your SchooLinks, you must complete the onboarding and set up your college applications tab before you can proceed. These instructions are available in the counseling office and online if needed.

2. From your dashboard to do list, update your college acceptance results.

3. Then, indicate which college you plan to attend by indicating the Enrollment Decision.

 Directions for setting up your SchooLinks Alumni Account

All seniors need to set up their SchooLinks Alumni account for use after graduation to continue to access high school documents.

1. From your dashboard to do list, click on Set up Personal Account for Alumni Access.

2. You must provide a PERSONAL email address.

3. After graduation, you’ll get a welcome email with the login link and directions, then you can log in at https://app.schoolinks.com/login/member.

Directions for ordering a hard copy of your FINAL transcripts through MyPaymentsPlus

Official transcripts are $5.00 each.

1. Go to Events and Activities in My Payments Plus. Select FINAL transcript. Follow the instructions and submit your payment.

2. The student or parent must come to Mountain View AFTER June 15th to pick up the printed, sealed, and stamped official final transcript.

3. DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE.

**The Office of Student Records is now processing all transcript requests from students that have graduated (regardless of graduation year).
